For us, 2021 was a pretty tough year. First of all, from the beginning of the year, headphones were not received from the factory on time because there was a shortage of components. When they finally arrived in the spring, a very large number of pairs had a faulty chipset from the factory.

This led to a tough warranty carousel. First, we just tried to quickly exchange the headphones for new ones to keep the customers satisfied, but it didn't work out. We sent a truckload of new headphones, but because we did not know the real reason for the problem, many of them were also faulty and customers were irritated.

Now pretty much all customers have intact headphones, but because of the exchanges, we ended up with a large pile of memory-defective headphones in the warehouse. We then repaired these and sold them as warranty-serviced so that the company wouldn't have gone bankrupt.

Well, in the end, the popularity of warranty serviced ones turned out to be quite massive and pretty much all returned and exchanged headphones found a new owner. With this popularity, we have decided to also take headphones in exchange for new ones - after all, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Especially when they are warranty serviced.
